Sarasota Sun center is a 10-story, 95,000 square-foot Class A office building located at the intersection of South School Avenue and Main Street in downtown Sarasota, Florida. The downtown area is home to numerous retail, dining, and entertainment destinations, and also supports the area’s business district. Built in 2000, this building has been owned by the Sarasota YMCA with various partners. Sarasota is located at the halfway point of the popular gulf coast cities of Tampa and Naples. Florida’s gulf coast area ranks second in size among Southeastern U.S. metropolitan areas, and is part of the largest metropolitan statistical area in Florida.
