Summary: TerraCap Management, LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant for its Bonita Springs, FL headquarters. A bachelor’s degree is required, and experience in the fields of real estate and finance is preferred.

Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the front office and providing administrative support. Duties will include answering phones, maintaining company files, scheduling and coordinating venues and catering for annual meetings, coordinating distribution mailings, recruiting, managing interns and other administrative staff, and some data entry and drafting of correspondence.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and independent, and will enjoy working in a small team environment. She or he must possess superior communication skills and a professional demeanor. This candidate should appreciate an entrepreneurial spirit, and is looking forward to building his or her career in private equity and real estate investing.
