NAI TALCOR Commercial Advisor, John McNeill Leases 213,000 SF to DBPR
TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA – [June 27th, 2017] – NAI TALCOR commercial advisor John McNeill negotiated a lease for the Department of Business & Professional Regulation totaling 213,000 SF at the Capital Commerce Center located at 2601 Blairstone road. NAI TALCOR already has the management contract for the property and continues to contribute to overall streamlined logistics from a property management prospective. Lori Billberry, Director of Property Management for NAI TALCOR shares, “To have all the necessary components in our wheelhouse to lease and manage a large amount of commercial space is a huge advantage for us at NAI TALCOR.”
The Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation operates under the executive branch of the governor and is led by the Secretary, Matilde Miller.
