Melissa Ledis, Accounting Manager

Melissa Ledis, Accounting Manager, is responsible for supervising the daily functions of the accounting department at TerraCap Management. She is responsible for maintaining and implementing training on internal accounting systems and software including Yardi and Citrix. She also provides support to our internal and external staff members including training, work product review, and financial review. Melissa works directly with the Director of Accounting to provide documentation to, supplement, and support the entire Finance Department during annual and periodical financial audits. Her responsibilities also include real estate and project due diligence and review. She brings over 9 years experience in multi-family real estate industry in third-party accounting, property management, and asset management. Melissa earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
