Sandy Fremont joined the TerraCap Team in September 2020. She brings business management and accounting experience from multiple industries, including residential and commercial real estate. She is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, fixed assets, and day to day accounting operations for various investment entities. Sandy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of North Texas in Denton.
Prior to joining the TerraCap Team, Sandy managed the financial reporting for Peel Properties; portfolio consisting of commercial, multi-family, and vacation rental properties located in parts of the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and Florida.
