Reid Freeman joined TerraCap Management as an Asset Manager. Located in TerraCap’s Denver office, Mr. Freeman is responsible for supervising leasing strategies, capital expenditure projects, strategic asset management, assisting on dispositions, and sourcing potential acquisitions for TerraCap in Colorado, Texas, and Arizona. Mr. Freeman oversees a portfolio of 3 million square feet of office, flex, and industrial assets. In addition, Mr. Freeman is responsible for construction management of TerraCap’s Denver portfolio.
Prior to joining TerraCap, Mr. Freeman spent eight years in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage with two blue chip firms. During that time, he gained extensive experience in landlord leasing, tenant representation, tenant improvement construction, marketing, and financial analysis for institutional investors and credit tenants.
Mr. Freeman attended Auburn University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Finance. He participated in the rigorous CBRE Wheel Program, with emphasis on real estate brokerage training, and later was a part of the ACG Professionals Argus Boot Camp. Mr. Freeman has held Real Estate licenses in Georgia and Colorado.
