Susan H. Ferrer, Office Manager

Susan H. Ferrer joined TerraCap as the Executive Assistant and Office Manager. Mrs. Ferrer brings over 15 years of managerial experience to the firm. Previously, Mrs. Ferrer worked at Financorp Group International Corporation in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she served as the Executive Assistant and Office Manager for all directors of the broker dealer business unit, and family office. At the corporate holding company level Mrs. Ferrer assisted with the organization’s accounting and financial operational activities and supported the broker dealer with client account service management.

Mrs. Ferrer obtained her FINRA Series 99 Operations Professional license in 2016. She furthered her professional financial services knowledge by completing multiple FINRA training courses in the areas of AML regulatory guidance and enforcement, cybersecurity and electronic communications, books and records, compliance, and sustainability. Mrs. Ferrer assisted the Family Office endeavors managing client’s properties and related Family Office client banking services.
A native Floridian, Mrs. Ferrer obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida. She holds teaching certificates in both Florida and Texas, where she is certified in Bilingual Education.
