Elizabeth White

Beth White joined TerraCap Management, LLC in 2024 and is the investment manager’s Director of Finance. In her role, Beth oversees the finance and accounting departments and is responsible for the financial, accounting, and regulatory reporting and operations for investors, lenders, and regulatory agencies for TerraCap Funds. Beth has over 27 years of commercial real estate accounting experience in multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and development.

Prior to joining TerraCap, Beth served as Controller for Watkin’s Real Estate Group and Preferred Apartment Communities (APTS NYSE) in their multifamily, office, and development subsidiaries. She was responsible for day-to-day accounting, acquisitions, dispositions, lease accounting, and audit for the properties. Beth previously served as Vice President of Accounting & Reporting at Branch Properties, LLC where she was responsible for the financial reporting, audit, and tax management of a retail and mixed-use portfolio consisting of 600 tenants and over 30 properties. Beth also gained commercial real estate experience in positions held at Jamestown, LP and Equity Office Properties Trust.

Beth holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an accounting minor from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
