Justin Forchion

Justin Forchion is an Asset Manager at TerraCap Management, where he oversees the performance of multifamily assets and drives strategies to enhance property operations and investment value. He brings over eight years of multifamily experience with a well-rounded background that spans on-site property operations, accounting, and asset management. Prior to joining TerraCap, Justin served as an Asset Manager at Citi Community Capital, where he was responsible for financial reporting, credit underwriting, and monitoring distressed assets within a $7 billion portfolio.

Justin’s career began at Greystar Property Management, where he advanced through roles in leasing and corporate accounting, gaining hands-on insight into property operations and financial analysis. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Virginia Wesleyan College, where he was a Division II defensive lineman and served as a team captain.
