Adam Wyatt

Adam Wyatt serves as Senior Managing Director, Investor Relations at TerraCap Management, and he brings more than 25 years of institutional investment management experience across capital formation, client service, and corporate strategy. He has built and led capital raising platforms for both emerging and globally recognized managers spanning public and private markets. 

Before joining TerraCap, Adam was Managing Director at G&B Capital, a multi-strategy family office, where he sourced and evaluated deal flow and supported capital-allocation decisions across real estate, private equity, venture capital, and operating company investments. 

Previously, Adam held senior institutional distribution and strategy roles at several global asset managers. At TCW Group, he marketed the firm’s alternatives platforms and co-led the initiative to dissolve TCW’s Trust Company structure, helping to pave the way for Nippon Life’s minority acquisition from The Carlyle Group. At Allianz Global Investors, he built a highly regarded Taft-Hartley institutional franchise from inception and helped unify multiple legacy brands, including Oppenheimer Capital, Nicholas Applegate, RCM, and NFJ, into a cohesive platform spanning credit, derivatives-based portable alpha, and emerging markets strategies. 

Adam began his career at ULLICO where he successfully transitioned from intern to Client Service Executive before assuming the role of Manager of Market Development. His prior affiliations also include Sterling Organization and Merida Capital Holdings, where he served as Advisor, Strategy & Development for an impact fund focused on generating investor returns and union labor hours. 

Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Labor Studies from the National Labor College.
