Felicity McDonald

Felicity McDonald serves as TerraCap’s Chief Compliance Officer and is a Managing Director at IQ-EQ. She has more than 20 years of securities and regulatory experience and specializes in helping companies navigate the ever-shifting landscape of securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and finance. Before joining TerraCap and IQ-EQ, Felicity was Director of Compliance and Corporate Governance at Cortland, a real estate private equity firm headquartered in Atlanta, with more than $17 billion of gross assets under management and 125 employees. Her background also includes 20+ years of experience at international law firms as well as in-house corporate legal departments specializing in SEC regulatory, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and real estate matters. Felicity holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Purdue University and an Advanced Paralegal Certificate from the University of California.
