Aaron’s Expands and Extends Lease at Chastain Center in Kennesaw

Aaron’s, Inc., has signed a lease extension and expansion at Chastain Center, a six-building office park in Kennesaw, Ga., to house its IT operations.

Matt Davis at Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) represented the landlord, TerraCap Management. Aaron’s was represented by Kirk Diamond of Cushman and Wakefield.

Aaron’s will occupy space in 400 and 500 Chastain Center Boulevard at Chastain Center. The lease extension is for 67,411 square feet and the expansion is for 47,903 square feet, for a total of 115,314 square feet.

“We are excited about Aaron’s expanded presence and the flurry of additional leasing activity at Chastain Center, which continues to benefit from proactive ownership, quick access to I-75 and I-575, and proximity to a wide variety of amenities,” said Lincoln’s Davis.

Lincoln’s Davis and Jeff Henson also recently closed a new lease at Chastain Center for All4, Inc., for 5,176 square feet, and an extension for AGT for 6,520 square feet. Kathy Burke of CRESA Partners represented All4, and Gilbert Valdez of JLL represented AGT.
