Felicia Cannistraro brings over 15 years of real estate accounting experience in both the commercial and residential asset classes. Felicia has extensive analytical experience overseeing and managing financial statements, preparing budgets, and cash flow management. She is responsible for maintaining these duties in addition to identifying and streamlining accounting processes as needed.
Prior to joining TerraCap, Felicia was a Senior Property Accountant at Sila Realty Trust, where she performed and reviewed the full cycle monthly financial close process for a public non-traded REIT specializing in healthcare managed properties as well as third-party managed data center properties. Felicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.
