Kelcy Kolar is an Asset Manager located in TerraCap’s Denver office where she is responsible for supervising leasing, capital investments, strategic initiatives, and dispositions for a 3 million square foot portfolio of properties in Colorado, Texas, and Arizona.
Kelcy brings over eight years of experience in commercial real estate development and investment across the Western region of the United States. Most recently, she was an Investment and Leasing Officer for a private real estate investment manager with $30 billion in assets under management. In this role, she was responsible for identifying, acquiring, and leasing industrial and office assets in the Colorado market.
Kelcy attended The Pennsylvania State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. She is actively involved in Colorado’s NAIOP chapter.
